civil custody

"civil custody" means any prison, gaol or other place in the Federation in which offenders sentenced by a civil court in the Federation can lawfully be confined, and, if sentenced out of the Federation, any prison, gaol or other place in which a person sentenced to a term of imprisonment by a civil court having jurisdiction in the place where the sentence was passed, can for the time being lawfully be so confined;
